Chunky Cucumber Dill Dressing                                    
                                             Makes about 6 servings

1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber divided

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons nonnfat plain yogurt

3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

2 teaspoons raw sugar

2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

In blender or food processor, blend 1/2 cup cucumber with remaining ingredients. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup cucumber. Refrigerate or serve immediately over green salad or chicken salad.
